Skanstes virsotnes is a multi functional dwelling complex with well-developed infrastructure, namely, banks, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, two-level parking lot, playgrounds, quiet walkways and green territory of 6 000 m2 – everything is just around the corner!

The closed two-level parking lot is meant for 620 cars, but the open parking lot for guests next to the house - for 100 cars.
