Ziedoņdārza mājas

The Houses of  Ziedondarzs provide its residents with high class city life style quality and elegance. The project freshens up this particular historical area of the city with its modern structure.

The "Ziedondarza majas" complex consists of three houses with 2 to 6 floors. Each apartment has one, two or three bedrooms. A living room is united with a kitchen. A glazed or open loggia is meant for each apartment, but on the upper floors there are rooftop terraces. Extreme attention was paid to soundproofing systems - special materials have been used in the space between floors and apartments. All apartments are made with complete internal trim using materials of a high quality.

On the first and second floor of the building located in the Chaka street there are are premises meant for offices, providing trading or social issues services.

Houses are located in the fenced territory adjacent to the "Ziedondarzs" park. The complex is safe. Access is only granted if you have a code key. There are parking lots meant for 138 cars both underneath the buildings and on the territory (in the outdoors).

For residents' comfort and relaxation there are green outdoors with a decorative pool. On the territory there are walkways and grounds with the sett surface as well as there are trees, bushes and some other plants, so that there is ecological environment. It is underlined by trees and bushes in rooftops terraces.
