FUTURIS

 The modern and energy-efficient 7-storey residential house Futura, whose construction was

completed in spring 2012, was the last mill, Antonijas and Green street block renovation stage.

Futura is the so-called quiet center that is rich with unique Art Nouveau architectural monuments. Building house architecture, its author A.Kronbergs recognizes that this building was searched for a new relationship with the adjacent historic architecture. This resulted in a variety of elements

that interprets national romanticism and "art deco" stylistics. For example, inspired by the

world-famous Austrian artist Gustav Klimt painting "The Kiss" (der Kuss), originating from the

balcony of non-ferrous metal elements. In this building the architect wanted to realize the dream

of every city dweller - the lightness and its open space, which is also managed, in addition to the proportionate rooms and rational design, almost all apartments are bilateral, which allows you to enjoy the light of day from morning till night.

A special pride and value in the center of the first floor apartments have created gardens, the

middle floor apartments - balconies, but the higher floor apartments spacious terraces. Taking

care of the comfort of the population, under the building to be constructed a two-level

underground parking lot, which you use to create concrete piles, based on the dolomite layer

about 30m deep, it almost to the exclusion of building walls and cracking landing opportunity.
