Four houses of the "Viesturdarza majas" project are located in the Historical Embassies centre of Riga, close to the active centre of Riga. In relation to the project 96 apartments have been made (1 to 5 rooms) with total area of 60 to 160 m2. The houses are proud of the ecological materials used during their construction, parquet flooring, timber windows and doors. Orientation of the buildings was created to make them well-lit. Out of window of the glass loggias there is a view on the Viestura garden and historical centre of Riga. The facade is painted bright, external trim consists of glass surfaces and stone cladding on the ground floor level.
The project "Viesturdarza majas" which was put into exploitation in 2006 was a winner of the "Best building" show as a new building in 2006.
