Pine Residence

Pine Residence is found in Jurmala, the largest resort city in the Baltic States and the second largest city in the Latvian, which traditionally known for its natural treasures - the mild climate, sea, healthy air, curative mud and mineral water. It is the first Latvian city, admitted to the European Spas Association. The attraction of Jurmala gives almost 26 km long white sand beaches, vast pine forests and the city's natural border - the Lielupe.

This wonderful urban environment we have created a haven of peace to the heart and soul. This haven consists of two beautiful buildings, located close to the sea. Pine, sea shore, the beach and the sea air is the elixir that provides refreshing and rest. At the same time, if there is a desire for the public, is located near one of the business cards of Jurmala - Dzintari concert hall and one of the central and oldest streets of the city of Jurmala - Jomas street, which has become the main pedestrian street in Jurmala.

Buildings designed in a minimalist architectural style with large windows, which combines with the indoor environment.
