Biķernieku 160

Biķernieku 160 is located 20 minutes from the center. Mezciems - one of Riga's greenest districts, at the newly Biķernieku and Jugla street roundabout, next to the children's hospital "Gaiļezers".

The project has everything you need for recreation - fresh air, spacious courtyards with seating areas and children's playgrounds, near Jugla forest with walking paths and Jugla Lake with construction of bathing.

Over the years the project is planned to build 18 four- and five-storey houses with 356 apartments.
