River Park project we chose our name because it most accurately reflects its location - next to the Daugava river and the park . River Park is a high quality , comfortable and modern one- to four-room apartment properties in 34 to 165m ² and are connected to the suspected parts of the building and land . The building has two stairwells with lifts .At the central entrance of the house 24 hours a day on-call supervisor and will house video surveillance. All apartments will be created with complete finishing of high quality materials. Apartment owners will be offered warehouse space in the basement for 5 to 14 m² . The ground floor apartments have 7 to 16 m wide terraces .The building has an agreeable land plot with a total area of 4635m ² . The area will be greened , lit parking lot at the facility housing the owners set up a children's playground and paved paths. Residential home renovation was started in the fall of 2013.
