Ķīpsalas Ligzda

“Ķīpsalas ligzda” was the first housing development project  which offered row houses, a type of housing as yet little-known in Latvia. 41 row houses designed by architect Juris Poga were constructed on two plots of land. There are several houses with 3 - 5 bedrooms [156-196 m2] available for sale and rent currently available in “Ķīpsalas ligzda”. 

“Ķīpsalas ligzda” project was carried out in two rounds, with 16 row houses constructed in Round I, and 25 houses completed in Round II. The project comprises two types of building: type A is a two-storey, four-room building, and type B is a three-storey house of six rooms.
